Lyrical dance classes blend fluid movements, emotional expression, and technical precision to interpret music and lyrics. Rooted in ballet and jazz, this contemporary style emphasizes storytelling through choreography, fostering grace, interpretation skills, and a deep connection to music. Must be enrolled in ballet.
Dress Code:
Girls – Students are expected to wear a black leotard and black or suntan convertible tights or leggings for class. Convertible tights have a hole in the bottom of the foot that allows students to dance barefoot which is required for this class. Lyrical shoes or Foot-Undeez are required.
Boys – Boys are expected to wear black shorts or pants, white tank top, or short sleeve shirt. Lyrical shoes or Foot-Undeez are required.
