CONDITIONING (Age 8+) – 60 MINUTES
Conditioning is open to students and parents alike. We will focus on increasing strength so we are able to safely learn more advanced skills. Classes will range from full body workouts to isolated muscle group exercises, using bodyweight only.
Leotards are preferred, but girls may wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts. Shorts may be worn over leotards. No socks can be worn in class. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. No jewelry is allowed except for stud earrings.
