BREAKING/CONDITIONING (B-BOY/B-GIRL AGES 8+)
This class is designed to build muscles and strength necessary to perform breakdancing moves. We will be working on beginner technique of breakdance (freezes, footwork, top rocks, among other skills), rhythm, coordination, and freestyle. This class is not in the recital, but many skills learned can cross over into other areas of dance.
Black fitted top, black athletic pants (shorts and/or capris are acceptable). Low tread athletic shoes or Pastry shoes are required.
