Ballet is a disciplined art form blending precise movements, graceful gestures, and storytelling through choreography. Originating in Renaissance Italy, it requires training in classical positions, footwork, and expressive techniques. Students develop strength, flexibility, and musicality through barre exercises and center floor work. Guided by experienced instructors, they explore a rich repertoire from classical to contemporary ballet, fostering discipline, perseverance, and a deep appreciation for artistic expression.
Dress Code:
Ballet Girls – Girls are required to wear a black leotard, skin tone tights, and skin tone leather split sole ballet slipper. Female students should wear their hair tightly secured and styled away from the face; a neat bun is preferred.
Ballet Boys – Boys are expected to wear black shorts or pants, white socks, skin tone or black leather ballet shoes, white tank top or short sleeve shirt.
