Adaptive Ballet

The Adaptive Ballet class is specially designed to embrace the unique abilities and needs of children aged 6 and up who may require a more tailored approach to traditional ballet instruction. Our inclusive environment fosters creativity, self-expression, and confidence-building through the art of dance.

In this supportive and nurturing setting, children will explore the fundamentals of ballet while accommodating various learning styles and abilities. Our experienced instructors are trained to adapt techniques and instructions to meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring that everyone can fully participate and thrive.

Through gentle guidance and encouragement, students will develop physical coordination, flexibility, strength, and grace, all while enjoying the beauty and joy of movement. Our classes incorporate sensory-friendly elements and provide ample opportunities for self-expression, social interaction, and sensory exploration.

Whether your child is new to ballet or has previous experience, our Adaptive Ballet class offers a safe and welcoming space where every dancer is celebrated for their unique talents and contributions. Dress Code:.

Ballet Girls – Girls are required to wear a black leotard, ballet pink tights, and pink leather split sole ballet slipper. Female students should wear their hair tightly secured and styled away from the face; a neat bun is preferred.

Ballet Boys – Boys are expected to wear black shorts or pants, white socks, black leather ballet shoes, white tank top or short sleeve shirt.
