ACRO 2 (Age 11+) – 60 MINUTES
Acro dance combines class dance techniques with acrobatic elements. Acro 2 class will focus on teaching students flexibility, balance, strength, coordination, self expression, and muscle control. Beginning Acro students will start to learn the basic acrobatic skills to build a foundation for more advanced acrobatic skills. More advanced students will expand on prior skills and expand to more difficult tricks and partner lifts/stunts.
Dress Code:
Leotards are preferred, but girls may wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts. Shorts may be worn over leotards. No socks can be worn in class. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. No jewelry is allowed except for stud earrings.
