  • Dance It Out Studios is fully committed to providing a quality dance education for dancers of all ages in an environment that helps nurture each student’s individual ability, self-confidence, and creativity. • There are three ways to register for a class. You can register online using the following link: Register Here, stop by the studio during business hours, or use our app for a quick and convenient registration. Our office staff is also available to assist you with the registration process if you choose to register in person.

  • We use age as a starting point for class placement, but we understand that every student progresses at their own pace. If a student is advancing more quickly or needs additional time to master certain skills, we may recommend a different level. Our goal is to ensure that each student feels comfortable and challenged in their class, allowing them to grow at a pace that’s right for them.

Students receive progress reports in March, and class placement recommendations are made by the instructor. Throughout the year, instructors continually assess students' skills to ensure they are placed in the most suitable class.

  • • Dancing is a good way to stay in shape for all ages.

    • Dancing can improve your muscle tone, strength, and endurance.

    • Dancing can create greater self-esteem and confidence.

    • Dance provides an emotional outlet so that you can express your feelings through your body movements.

    • Dancing is an easy, low pressure way to make new friends.

    • Dancing provides an opportunity to relax and relieve stress from the everyday stresses of life.

  • If a student wishes to withdraw from a class, a two-week notice is required. The withdrawal form can be found on our website under the "Current Students" section, in the "Handbooks and Forms" tab. Once the form is submitted, we will process the withdrawal and update your account accordingly.

  • Students must take 2 ballet and pre-pointe each week. Students must also pass instructor assessment.

  • Costume fees cover the cost of student’s costumes for performances.

Revue fees cover the student’s participation in revue which covers staffing, security, rental fees, custodial fees, insurance fees, licensing fees, t-shirt, flowers, revue medal, revue certificate, and more!

  • There is a lot of crossover between ballet and lyrical. Requiring students to take both familiarizes students with terminology and technique while allowing the class to progress quicker.

  • IWe provide information through several channels: Facebook, Instagram, this website, and our app. A monthly newsletter is sent out and posted on Facebook, and bulletin displays are available in the studio lobby. • The membership fee helps cover administrative costs such as enrolling students into our payment system, managing newsletters, and maintaining communication channels. In addition, members receive exclusive discounts on birthday parties, classes, events, and more. This fee ensures that we can continue providing seamless communication and valuable benefits to our students and their families.

  • Classrooms are closed to parents and caregivers to create a focused, distraction-free environment where students can engage fully in their learning. This allows instructors to provide personalized attention and helps students develop independence and confidence. However, classes can be viewed from the lobby or through the app, and we also offer scheduled observation days for families to see their child’s progress.

  • Regular attendance is essential for a student’s progress and development. Consistency helps students build on the skills they are learning week by week, ensuring they don’t fall behind. It also promotes discipline, strengthens technique, and fosters a sense of commitment. Regular attendance allows students to stay on track with choreography, class goals, and overall growth in their dance or gymnastics journey.

  • The Pre Pro (Pre-Professional) Program is designed for students who are committed to a higher level of training in dance or gymnastics. This program focuses on building strong technical foundations, performance skills, and artistry, preparing students for potential careers in dance or for further training at the collegiate level. Pre Pro students typically train multiple times a week, participate in competitions or performances, and are held to a high standard both in and out of the studio.
